Do you have next day delivery?

If you order with us before 12pm AEST and live in a metro area within Australia and qualify within the Australia Post express post network, you should receive your order the next business day when selecting  EXPRESS POST at checkout. COVID UPDATE: Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements and delays with Australia Post that is beyond our control.

How do I create a BROSISCUS Account?

Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the address under your BROSISCUS account.  There is a window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.

The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is by sending us an email from this page.

How do I track my order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our Gold Coast studio and is on its way to you – we will send you the tracking in an email.

Remember to track each parcel separately for accurate delivery updates.

Do you do Back Orders?

From time to time, we will have pre-sales on custom designed, limited edition pieces. However, generally we avoid advertising products we do not have in stock and generally do not allow back orders.

What do you mean when you say you are an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander company?

BROSISCUS was created, is owned, managed, controlled and staffed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people. We also work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and small businesses. Our jewellery is sourced from around the world and we also design pieces ourselves, and have other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists design pieces with us.

How do I keep my BROSISCUS pieces shiny

We craft our jewellery from a wide range of materials so that we can offer a diverse range of pieces that balance timeless quality and affordability. We do not use nickel or copper. However all good quality products still need care.

It is recommended that you avoid wearing jewellery in water and regularly polish the jewellery using a jewellery cloth.  Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place or in our signature jewellery cases.
